Hello Families!
I'm sooooo excited that storytime at the Wichita Public Library is back in session! I took my son and my nephew this week, and it was so fun to participate in person with the librarians and the other Littles. Be sure to check out the Calendar of Events to see all the upcoming storytimes in West Wichita and in Haysville. I love this time of year because there are so many fun things to do, from exploring in nature to baking to crafting...there are plenty of things to keep us busy. This week we have played at Sedgwick County Park, fingerpainted, and attended storytime at Westlink Library. What are some of your favorite acitivities this time of year?
We are adding more and more family fun to our Calendar of Events. If you know of an event we should add, please complete our Submit an Event form. It's completely free to add events to our calendar. We want to be THE resource for West Wichita families to find their fun.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! Two years ago I gave birth to my miracle baby and made the choice to leave my 9-year teaching career with the Wichita Public Schools to stay home with him. Although I love being at home with him, I still have a desire to serve the kids and families of Wichita, and when I found out about Macaroni Kid, it seemed like the perfect way to stay connected to the community I love.
I grew up in Wichita, and I am thrilled to have this opportunity to highlight all the positive things Wichita has to offer families. We truly have so many wonderful things going on here.
I look forward to partnering with local families, businesses and organizations to build an inclusive, dynamic and diverse calendar of events that meets the needs and interests of ALL of our families.
